i would also like to point out the GLARING OMISSION OF ANY NO DOUBT SONGS from this list. okay it wasnt the best music they ever created but 2002 was a big year for them, hey baby (which admittedly isnt amazing) was a huge no2 hit and widely played in clubs etc; hella good whilst only making no12 was massively popular universally and got huge airplay and videoplay - i still see/hear it around today; underneath it all, whilst only no18 and not hugely played is an absolutely amazing song. surely one of them deserved to be on this list over some of the c**p dance and tenacious d's non hit

There are 5 Gwen Stefani vocal tunes in this Record Of The Decade game - so she has done better than most artists.

1997 - Dont Speak

2001 - Let Me Blow Your Mind

2003 - It's My Life

2004 - What You Waiting For

2005 - Cool

All of these songs have spent more weeks on the chart so I would hardly call that a glaring omission.

YOU ARE PUTTING COOL BUT NOT HOLLABACK GIRL ON THE 2005 GAME?????????? NOOOOOOOOOOO hollaback girl was way more succesful, far superior, anthemic, the song she'll be remembered for as a solo artist, a huge no1 in the US, massive worldwide, responsible for around 1/2 of LAMB's sales here and its so much more distinctive, cool is rather bland if a good song.

but point taken otherwise...obviously i am biased

YOU ARE PUTTING COOL BUT NOT HOLLABACK GIRL ON THE 2005 GAME??????????

Well she'll get some points from me that way ;)

And Hella Good was awesome *downloads*

Well I am!

It is my personal favourite from 2002's releases. I happen to think it's a well crafted song and many people in the music industry and much of the media at the time although still sceptical about Darius, were impressed with Colourblind and other songs he'd written.

No less than The Times said in their review of D's album that with the right promotion, he could be the one to crack America rather than Robbie Williams.

Oh god :puke2: Alot of Americans may have $h!t music taste but give them some credit for god sake

The only place Darius has any chance of any sucess is in Germany. Him and David hasselhoff could do a duet

We can all have our own taste in music but do people have to be so nasty about other peoples taste I dont knock anyone else even if I think what they are singing is awful. What Darius has done to deserve this all the time I dont no. (but I suppose someone on here will tell me).

as has been said, the vote is for YOUR favourite songs.

taste is a strange and varied thing is it not?

how does someone explain the Streets other wise, or some of the stuff in the charts! I judged my favourite songs on whether, and how much I enjoyed the song as a whole, not on the image or artist. I expect a lot who dislike CB havent really listened to it unbiasedly. it is such a summery uplifting song with lovely music (I don't like songs that bring you down)

I like Darius. So what? I like a lot of other people too. I'd use other forums but I can't be *rsed with all the sh*t I get about Darius.
