I'm sure Will's getting far more publicity than he did for MHP nut then he has got the lead role.

The positive promo is fantastic.. love reading it.

i have listend to the vortex interview again...he seems so up for it. .can't wait. :cheer:

It's a bit good innit - read it over the road. I bet Bobbie would be absolutely made up if he were here to see Will in this production. I always felt by the way Will spoke that he followed his grand-dad's example of how a man should conduct himself. Bet his grandmother is looking forward to it.

Will's family must be so proud him. He's seized every opportunity afforded him since Pop Idol & risen to the occasion. I'm sure the Vortex will be no different.

And there's more.

Great quote from the Guardian. Thanks to Katy on Devoted.

Will Young makes his stage debut as Nicky, and this should be more than sly celebrity casting, as anyone who saw Mrs Henderson Presents will recognise

Good lord the Grundian actually deigning to mention Will's name. It is one of the papers who've ignored him in the past isn't it? :???:

Thanks for posting TT.

Will's getting so many positive articles in the press isn't he? and fantastic promo for the play, let's hope it continues, but Will knows the score.
"It would be great to have good reviews but I ain't holding my breath," Young laughs. " Even if I gave an Oscar-winning performance, people might have a certain perception of me going in, I realise that.

He's so grounded & such a realist.

Love the fact that the Guardian acknowledges that he got the role purely on his talent not because he's a well known celebrity. Just wish he received the same respect from certain quarters for his music but I'm sure he's getting there.

Will will put his heart & soul into this role. All we can hope is that the critics give him a fair hearing.

Thanks for the updates girls - totally agree about Will - he is so grounded which makes all the spiteful gossip all the the more hard to believe.

His Celabdaq shares were almost £4,000 yesterday
