January 17, 200718 yr I'm not going till 17th February so I'm going to read the spoilers. Couldn't last out that long. I'll pm you witha general comment of how it went but won't give any details. Thanks TT :friends:
January 17, 200718 yr Author I don't think any of us on here are going tonight are we? but apart from finding out how things went, all the other info will be put in the spoiler thread. I'm so excited for him, it feels like PI final day. :yahoo:
January 17, 200718 yr thanks to janet and ceekay on D and the o/s Pardon the pun, but in my copy of the Big Issue (in the north) on page 22 there is a lovely piece about The Vortex. The interview is with Diana Hardcastle who plays Nicky's mother but there are quite a few references and kind words about Will. I can not scan it but will gladly send it on to someone who can. I'll just quote a few of the relevant lines..... "Ex- Pop Idol and fully fledged chart sensation Will Young plays Florence's wayward son, Nicky, who returns from Paris to open up plenty of wounds..." ........... "Aside from his role in the film Mrs Henderson Presents, this is entirely new territory for her co-star Young. Has some of the maternal role play spilled over into the pair's working relationship? " I think he is a truimph," she exclaims. "What a wonderful guy he is. He's just a delight. He's very keen to learn and asks for help if he needs it but he's very quick to pick up on things." :cheer: Although the prospect of an audience full of hormonal Will Young fans is something to frightening to contemplate  for the time being she is just happy that the chemistry between them is right. "We're pretty good pals and he's just lovely. The other day we were in a pub and a lady, who I think was perhaps a little worse for wear, came over to chat to Will and said 'By the way, I think you're mother's really sweet' so she clearly thought I was his mother...." she chuckles, "I'm still not sure if I'm thrilled with that...."
