Don't think they do do they? With all this press interest, I'm starting to wonder whether they'll be room enough for the ordinary punter. :o

Punters can't go on Monday Chrysalis. It's press,VIPs etc. only.

Thanks to mariloveswill for this screenie from the north west news.

How young does he look.

Hope you aren't missing the beard too much munchkin.

Edited by truly talented

 I bloody am. He looks like a schoolboy

Thanks for the screenie. It will help me see him as Nicky though - think his beard would be just too much.

Wonder who gave him that shave - I've never seen his face so close-shaven. Looks as smooth as a baby's bum

The Granada Reports intv

Likes living up in Manchester, the bars are great, people are less pretentious. Has learned the word "mither" and did a fabulous northern accent saying it. Presenter taught him barmpot as well when describing Florence. He likes the perspex chairs from the set and may take one at the end. Said Kylie had asked him to go on stage but can't do rescheduld gig cos working.

A far more frivolous intv than NW tonite, but lots of bigging up - footage from Live in London DVD, and MHP

Thanks to HoneyB on Devoted.

I wondered whether she would ask him again. Shame he's busy.

Didn't realise he'd been on Granada as well. What was said on there? Can't get Granada in this area. :(

Not sure Chrysalis but I think Lizzie is posting it up later on :cheer:

Fab review from Bulldog on Devoted.

Hi guys, just wanted to share my thoughts after seeing it last night

I was actually really nervous all day yesterday, and felt almost like I did the first time I saw him at a live gig. It was very surreal, my mouth was dry and I felt sick and then when I actually took my seat (row d aisle seat ) and saw the stage and how beautiful the set was, well it really didn't help!!

The first few scenes were great and very funny but I was still on edge, then when he came on - wow - he looked so young and very sweet. It must be because he was so clean shaven I guess.

It is such an intense space, and although sometimes I couldn't see his face, it was compensated for by how close I actually was when he was facing my way. I was almost directly behind the piano which was fantastic, and such a nice experience to see him play it.

The charleston was great and so comical, and he really is fantastic at delivering the witty lines - and his facial expressions, but I expected he would be because when he's 'himself' he does pull some amusing faces. Nicky does have some great lines, and he delivered them with great comic timing.

I loved Nicky's voice, which is higher pitched and much more 'upper class' than Will's, and seemed to make the funny lines funnier and the sad parts more tragic somehow.

It really is a story of two parts - the first two acts are very funny in the main - although the scenes with his father were so sad. They both obviously wanted to 'reach' each other but couldn't quite.

The final act though, I don't think I laughed once - I found it a bit disturbing and it stopped me sleeping last night but it was truly amazing and I look forward to seeing it again. The final 10 minutes made my chest pound, the way he cleared the dressing table with his arm, and the shouting and screaming between the mother and son was just so upsetting.

The way Will portrayed how confused, sad and low Nicky is, was fantastic. The desperation in his voice, the facial expressions even his walk. The way he was lashing out and throwing childish tantrums was both funny and made me feel sorry for him. I think I love him already too

He actually walked right by me twice to exit and enter the stage, and I think as Carly said the other day, it really is Nicky you see walking past you, not Will.

It was very unsettling and strange for me, and it re confirmed to me what a fine actor he is. The closing scene where she holds him and he clings to her like a child was just beautifully done, but god was I relieved when the lights came up and the two of them bowed and I saw Will again with his gorgeous beaming smile

It really does affect you...it's so powerful...the ending is amazing...but quite hard to witness.
