Merry Xmas. Normally all the festive bangers are ineligible for this chart once the big day has been and gone but, you know what? Let's do another week, it's not even Xmas until Wednesday after all. I haven't even charted Wham! yet! Then we'll go 'back to usual' on Jan 3rd. Plus the Radio 1 Playlist which I steal most things from (but am often quicker than too) is frozen until 9th Jan now. Gotta have some way of filtering the 3,000 singles that come out every week so you know which the important ones are as you can't rely on the official chart for that anymore.
