Who else likes Metallica. Probably my favourite band of all time.

 

Every song ive heard of theirs, ive liked, not one I didn't.

 

Who else loves METALLICA?!

Every thing except Load and Reload, they're $h!te.

But yeah some my favourite albums are "Ride The Lightning", "Master Of Puppets" and "Black album" and then theres the genre deffying "Kill 'em All" and you can't leave out "...Justice for all" with the epic "One". Another little treat is "Garage, Inc." with excellent covers of "The small hours", "Am I Evil?", "Last Caress/Green Hell" and "so what" . Can't wait to see them live this summer. It's going to kick arse. My secound favourite band of all time. Shame they started to go $h!t after black album, lets hope this new album comming up will be a return to form.

Metallica are a bit sh!t now, their attempt at Nu Metal was a serious misfire, and the "Load" and "Re-Load" albums were pretty abysmal, "And Justice For All" was utterly dull, one or two classics such as "One" aside, in comparison to the previous two works of utter genius that preceded them, and "The Black Album", while having at least a half dozen iron-clad classics, is a bit average at times. And the "S&M" thing was just totally pretentious...

 

And they did themselves no favours at all with the whole Napster thing....

For any who is or was a Metallica fan i suggest you read "justice for all: the truth about Metallica" great book telling not just the story of Metallica but Metal around there time and the evolution of it.
