It returned tonight! It was a nice mix of acts as usual.

I quite liked both golden buzzer acts. Interesting that there's no pre-performance VTs anymore.

It does feel like the golden buzzers so far are quite homegrown this year. I enjoyed the impressionist.

I can’t say I’m too shocked this thread is empty despite it being on for two weeks. I ‘casually’ watched both episodes and found each one lacklustre and very much seen-it-all-before.

I saw a little bit for the first time in years since the Brit awards were on after. Some guys were running on Lego on a treadmill. I see more talent scrolling TikTok

I hope with the watermelons there wasn't actually any danger, but Simon definitely put himself through it because he knew it going wrong would make for good TV (and he was right).

The Blackouts were great. Winners of the title this year? I wouldn't bet against it.

Ah didn't realise this was on - doesn't usually start this early on in the year! I'll try and catch up in April.

No they brought it forward for this year by a few weeks,

They've introduced a golden buzzer to the live shows:

First live semi-final tonight. Shown over several Saturdays instead of all in one week. Surely Blackouts to go in to final.

I had a feeling the Blackouts would get the GB.

I thought Linda would have won that public vote though.

God, that audience was so obnoxious and annoying. Are they supposed to be loud like that?

Oh the audience have been like that since the beginning. The very first series had them shouting "off off off" to the acts (and booing them) but they've curtailed that a bit and don't let them boo the acts anymore.
