Posted January 17, 200718 yr Source: digitalspy A host of top acts including Take That and the Killers will perform live at this year's Brit Awards, it has been announced. The long list of musicians will take part in the Valentine's Day ceremony - to be the first broadcast live in nearly 20 years. Peter Jamieson, chairman of Brits organiser the BPI, hailed the line-up. “Music is one of the things that the British do well," he commented. "But even by our standards 2006 was a great year. "The Brit Awards will celebrate Britain’s love of music with a fantastic mix of UK and international artists. This is one of the strongest line-ups of performers ever at the Brit Awards.†This year's performers will be Snow Patrol, Scissor Sisters, The Killers, Take That, Corinne Bailey Rae, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Amy Winehouse and Oasis. Should be good. :D Tbh though i'm suprised Muse or Lilly Allen aren't playing seen as they're up for the most nominations...Still its a decent list of performers and the chances are there will be more performers eventually announced. :D ^_^

January 17, 200718 yr Author it will be scissors or killers i think,or possibly take that The SS opened 2005's Brits so I doubt they'd open up this years. :unsure: I could be wrong though. I think Take That could be a possibilty to open up the awards as well either singing Patience or Shine. ^_^

February 15, 200718 yr i didnt see the show ,i woul dhav elove dto have seen alot of the performances but am diappointed they didnt win anything and absolutly guttted snow patrol got nothing :(
