Last Set of Rule Changes + Easing of K-Pop Boycott

Ok so... so far, we have set the recurrency rules to be:

- Charting entries with Top 10 peaks AND age of 7 Weeks kicked out if dropped below Top 20

- Charting entries with Top 5 peaks OR age of 10 Weeks kicked out if dropped below Top 10 

- A maximum of 5 songs per artist at any given point

- No song that has entered the top 10 or the year end of my previous Week of Winners charts 

However, I'd like to make some major revisions, which I actually implemented since last week:

- Charting entries with Top 10 peaks OR an age of 7 Weeks, or both, will be kicked out if dropped below Top 20. Whether it is permanent or not will depend on my mood.

- I'll be slowly reintegrating K-Pop songs on my main charts as long as they either came from artists not involved in the overall racist words and actions plague in Korea or they are extremely recent and heavily streamed songs. Any others will have to hope for slots in my Bubbling Under, exclusive to Discord friends and some Buzzjack moderators. The boycott will end when nothing bad happens within 3 months of the last incident.

- I'll now extend the window of charting for songs that aren't recommendations of my friends or family. Any songs 5 months or younger can debut on my charts. If you see a song that is older than that, it means it was able to chart by being recommended to me by a friend or a family member of mine.
