Now the show is well past it's peak, but this might just be the best cast they had in years.

Right! Tuned in very cautiously, expecting to give up watching again, but the cast is strong!! Found myself committed to watching every night.

Thoughts so far:

• Toni is queen. Also love Helena and Shakira. Shakira speaks a lot of sense!

• Harrison is the best of the men and his maturity as a 22yo really puts Harry who’s 30 to shame. Harry and Dejon are the biggest f***boys and Ben is a manchild.

• Meg and Helena need to ditch their partners asap.

Harry and Dejon are absolute TV gold though. The one problem I have with Love Island is people know the game so early and coast, see Tommy & the Irish girl.

Harry is playing the game as it should be and it makes for great tellie. The producers are stirring it up, but they need to as the format gets so stale when people come in to coast. I notice there's not been a vote for a while and they are letting the cast do the axing.

Fair! From an entertainment perspective, they are delivering but they’re being so shamelessly muggy. 🥲 Ben is the worst offender though because he will play the lad with new girls but then strops when Shakira does the same. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Last night was absolutely hilarious.

I love Shakira, Toni, Alima and now Yasmine.

NEED Meg, Megan and Helena OUT.

They need Harry to be in a relatively ok couple, which could happen.

I missed Fridays episode, but while the cast this year are firely, they need a couple of OK couples ready for Casa Amor. Right now they've got some good cast members, but a lot of them are not coupled up. Think a few of them are coming towards the end of their storylines too, so can see some of them being expendable this week.
