  • I bought Jade’s album because my local Asda gives you 3 hours free parking if you spend £5 or more there. They do that because it’s next door to my local shopping centre where you have to pay to park.

  • Get those car parking validation sales Jade

  • Off course ya did, which is why you was calling it a flop this morning even before the sales came out

Yeah I think it’s fine for Ed. If I was turning in an album opening nearly silver on three days sales and with two long running and decent selling top five singles on it 14 years after my first hit, while my greatest hits disguised as a tour album had spent nearly a year in the top ten, including a couple of weeks at No.1, I’d be pretty happy myself.

Divide was a phenomenon but eight and a half years is a very long time in music. It’s looking to do about as well as Subtract and has spun off more hit singles than that too.

Is "Comfort In Sound" listed as a new entry in Music Week? It's a remaster of an old album, and OCC have it listed as a re-entry! (I assume the wrong coloured star was selected, but I just wanted to check!)

It is actually reported as a newie!

Just noticed SEB is on over 7k, if she can push to 10j that’s be a great sales top 5 in the albums!

Bizarre! I guess Echo technically doesn't exist anymore, so maybe that's why

(also no idea how I quoted the mids post twice there... I couldn't figure out how to remove the second quote either 🤣)

This thread is always hilarious when Ed releases 😂

What were Sabrina's first week sales again?

For the week think it was 85k

What caused Back To Friends to have a massive climb?

It hasn't had a massive climb (bear in mind last Monday's mids lacked Spotify data, which is its best platform)

I just hope that Jade can score her third top 40 hit

I truly can't see how that will happen, it'll probably fall quite significantly.

I imagine Ed will likely be on around 70k by the end of the week so to be close to the biggest pop act on the streaming market in the last year is no mean feat. I'd say he is doing just fine.

Mimi Webb's falloff has been insane. She had a pretty successful debut era, scored a few hits, and now is majorly struggling. It's strange as the material has been largely solid and not too different from the last album.

She did an AMA on r/popheads today and received just 11 questions…

He performed it at the VMA's alongside 12 to 12 which has also climbed
