Posted October 6Oct 6 Welcome to Week 3 of Quiz Season: Answer Smash! This was a quiz format created by StoneDragon for 2020's quiz season and I've kept the format the same as it was back then. It's based on the final round of every episode of the TV show Richard Osman's House Of Games: if you are unfamiliar with the show I recommend watching these clips to get a feel for how to play Answer Smash. I've attempted to explain the rules in the quiz but it's probably better to see it in action.Basically the game involves combining two answers, one from a picture and one from a question, to get one "smashed" answer, e.g. a picture of Craig David and the answer to the question "which song was Lana Del Rey's first UK top 10 hit?" would smash together to give the answer CRAIG DAVIDEO GAMES. The picture will always be of an artist and the question will always be about UK chart trivia. 5 points will be awarded for a fully correct answer.4 points will be awarded for an answer where both the act and question answer are identified but have not been smashed together correctly.1 point will be awarded for an answer where only one half of the smash is correctly identified.Here is the link to take the quiz, I used the same external quiz creator StoneDragon used in 2020, fingers crossed everything works. There are 17 questions with a 17 minute time limit. You'll have to take the quiz in one sitting and as far as I can tell if you skip a question you can't go back to it, sorry! You have until Sunday 12th October 23:59 to get your answers in. October 6Oct 6 OK I hate you, who the f*** were those artists!? I think I recognised three 😂I'm going to own up and say only 3 were legit answers I think I knew, the rest I googled the second bit and gave up trying to guess who the artist even was in the hope of gaining 1 point at least. ☠️

October 6Oct 6 Entered, hopefully my answers were received because I got a refresh at one point. Fun quiz, I think I knew all the artists too, which surprised me with a couple or I worked it out from the answer of the other part.
October 6Oct 6 Did it but skipped several as I couldn't work out some of those pictures with the answer lol. My brain blanked on the Westlife one as well oops (do know who stopped them mind). Did get some too though.

Just frustrated I only recognized a few of the pictures lol
October 6Oct 6 That was tricky but fun! I got a page not found at the end of the quiz so can you confirm you've received my results @gasman449? Also there was one question where I was confident of both answers but I couldn't see how they fit together!

October 7Oct 7 Just entered - fun quiz! Think I knew about 1/4 of the answers in full and probably have managed to guess one part of about another 1/4!
