If they wait until midweek it’ll be way too late! She needs to be first look 1 on Sunday ideally for maximum hype / exposure

I never see them anywhere unless I bother to look on YouTube or Spotify. If the XMAS video is Amazon exclusive will it just be via them and how would that help its chart/ streaming?

You can't chase something if it's way behind. Especially with the Christmas number 1. Most of the Amazon exclusives start at first look number 1 as Amazon reports the data on time. So it’s best to release the versions early so that happens if she’s a bit behind on streaming compared to other years so it builds hype.Kylie’s in the running for Christmas number 1 so naturally we’re going to discuss this? The streams in general will probably be larger over the weekend than through the week. The week after leading up to Christmas will be the giant one. I guess if it’s close they’ll need to drip feed downloads/ flog them cheap Monday/ Tuesday to make up for the reporting lag from Spotify. I suppose if they’ve done well with the physicals and the Alexa spam is in full flow along with it prominently on all their playlists they might have a very large lead. If the video is Amazon streaming exclusive this year perhaps Prime/ Music can spam the video hard for chart streams too.
