Congrats Chez, excellent score!

Happy to have ended up in the top 10, today's results went a lot better for me, mostly thanks to an "if in doubt, choose Taylor" approach. From yesterday's reveals I'm glad a few others went for 'Friday I'm In Love' although the even more classic top answer there didn't spring to my mind, I went a bit blank on the best-known deceased #1 artist, had too many options for the British artist and chose Sam because of 100k opening sales and the Mercury prize but could also see Dave being popular for recency, and the only other answer I considered for the short titles was 'Up' by The Saturdays which would have scored 0 points, despite 'APT.' being a huge recent fave of mine - must have been the dot at the end which threw me off thinking of it. Whereas today the only points I dropped were for not remembering a more recent early star-out situation from an album bomb.

Oh wow, that's the first time in what, years since I've won one of these!

I did go with a sort of recency bias with most of them as a lot of the questions were very wide reaching, it helped that Taylor Swift could fit into most of the answers! The only one I took a gamble on was Blue Monday as it was the first that came to my head and there wasn't an obvious recent hit with days of the week in the title. I had no idea for the top 40 and out one as there was so many different answers so at least was spread out, and I very nearly put Ordinary for the reshuffle question, but went with the one with the most weeks at the bottom (I cannot believe Beautiful Things has still been in the top 10 that long a year after it's release, wtf x)

So quite Taylor dominated in the end. I was actually considering putting her for the final question but was torn on just what album to use as a few fitted the bill then the Gaga Stan in me went for The Fame 😆.

Happy to have had top answer for a few of them my Sabrina answer was more down to luck than it actually being the first one to come to mind as I debated a bit on that question!
