Yes - although it falls under the definition of being an EP more than an album as it's 24 minutes long.

It just depends what it’s marketed at really - Bring Me The Horizon’s EP that got to #1 was over 30 minutes.

Well its been readded to R1 playlist so thats a big indicator it should be chart eligible now

the issue the OCC had was the song was getting takedown requests due to the AI vocal filter impersonating Jorja Smith

shouldn't be an issue for chart eligibility now the song's been re-recorded
