As you all know, im not a fan of kids at all. But i absolutly love the bono version. Its far superior to the Robbie version

I can't stand Bono's version! I love the new arrangement for the song but I just don't like his vocal on it!

i agree the bono version is far better than the robbie version,i like kids myself though and have always enouyed the song even kylie's solo performances of it

I REALLY don't like Bono's version, he doesn't have what it takes... though I love Bono and he has a great voice... it's just.. it's not the same..and I'm not saying that because Robbie is my favourite singer -_-

I am not saying that cause I am a big Robbie fan. U2 are my favourite band of all time and I think Bono is the best frontman of all time but his voice does not suit this song at all. It is way too deep and he sounds uncomfortable singing it imo. Technically Bono is a better singer than kylie and Robbie combined but he doesnt suit this song at all. He makes it sound a bit boring and it is anything but boring.

 

Personally apart from the brilliant MTV awards performance with kylie and Rob, I think the best performance of this song is by Robbie at Knebworth. He sang it with some women in his band and it was the best i've heard.

 

I reken Robbie was honored that Bono sang one of his songs as he is a hero of his. ^_^

 

Shame Kylie and Robbie did'nt perform Kids whilst they were noth touring in Austrailia last month. :(

i like the song but in general the kyile fans on this forum aint so keen

i dont know why people prefer to change the original...robbie and kylie sing kids and thats how it should stay
