I've heard them play Rihanna's Disturbia a few times as well.

I find it weird that Heart 10s never played the T.I. verse on Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines.

I have to admit that playlist is pretty terrible, lots of hits that have long left the charts. Heart dance is my go to station at the moment, non stop club classics 👌🏻

Heart Dance is good but after a few days of listening it too becomes quite stale as they don't often refresh the tracks they're playing

They’re probably just using the same version of Blurred Lines that the main Heart used to play back when they were more strict about rapping.

yea looks it. played a solid 3 days in a row now. really good song. Also nice to see that heart is changing up the rotation of the recurrent hits even if it’s slight. wish they’d update that goddamn main playlist more

talking of i’m like semi convinced we’re gonna get another song tomorrow to replace another, ‘I Had Some Help‘ could be out soon and idk what will replace it. Idk maybe it’ll stay. ‘The Dead Dance’ is also in danger

i really hope so. both are brilliant songs, i also see a ‘12 to 12’ add and now maybe even ‘Gabriela’ (considering how well golden is doing gabriela is now a shoe in)

no update for the playlist 😔

Historically it is usually a Wednesday for a playlist update. It may happen on a Friday too though that's usually reserved for songs they're supporting from the off on release day.

Checked out Riviera Radio recently, which Global bought out a few months back. Quite interesting, as whilst it’s been revamped to be similar to Heart (complete with re-sung jingles and power intros), it feels a lot more like the older Heart (when they still played 80s music), with Lionel Richie, Sister Sledge, Madonna etc. being in the mix alongside the newer tunes.

They’ve also been playing Gone, Gone, Gone and Manchild, so perhaps this is a sign that they will be added to Heart’s playlist soon, or Riviera may just be taking more risk with their current songs.

yea i noticed that too and was probably gonna start sharing it in the ‘Other Radio Playlists’ if i could find anything they track, but yea this is really telling. ‘Manchild’ and ‘Gone Gone Gone’ must be on their way to heart then?

They actually seem to have quite a few newer songs that Heart aren’t playing, after listening for longer. I’ve also heard Love Me Not, Gabriela, Tears, Eternity and Sorry I’m Here For Someone Else.
