Delta Goodrem over the Alf Moon wanting Kat after stopping her marrying Andy Hunter EastEnders Children in Need cash-in.

  • Sorry Mr Moon but it's Delta once again with ease.

Another easy win for Delta for me. I love Predictable, it's one of my favourites from the album.

It's amazing it outsold Innocent Eyes and Not Me, Not I considering it was the 5th singles from an already massively successful album. It was also released on December 1st, so it overtook them both off just a few weeks sales.

Shame we didn't get it as a fifth single here (or anything as Throw It Away was cancelled).

The Shane Richie cover is just pure crap.

It is surprising. I guess there might’ve been a few possible reasons for why it outsold Innocent Eyes and Not Me, Not I. It was released in the lead up to Christmas and as you mentioned it does have the Happy Xmas (War Is Over) b-side. Also at this stage of 2003 Delta was well and truly Australia’s national sweetheart, that coupled with her recent cancer diagnosis and the large ground swell of good will for her could’ve possibly led to it.
