I think Britney's was most famous, but for my taste is more Christina.
Definitely Britney although I love Christina's debut too!

what i smandy morre up to music wise now

I think she has a new album out soon, unless I am mistaken...

Britney made more impact on me, but I loved Christina, it as number one on my birthday :cheer: also it was number one when I moved house

Britney, Britney, Britney.

Although I was expecting to be voting "I should be so lucky" for Kylie!

Well we can disregard Mandy and Jessica straight away, so it's between Christina and Britney. Being a bigger fan of the Britters, I'm going for 'Baby One More Time' ^_^
I'd say Britney definately. Baby One More Time is a pop classic.

None

Yer we want Rachel Stevens on ther!

Out of the four listed, the answer has to be Britney. Although I prefer Christina Aguilera as an artist.

But the best US Pop Princess debut single ever has to be:

Debbie Gibson - Only In My Dreams (1987)

I'd sooner listen to this or Kylie's "I Should Be So Lucky" than any of those other four showers of utter sh!te..... <_<

My winner is Bjork - "Human Behaviour", a great Pop song (and nobody better give me any c**p about Bjork NOT being a Pop Star, she's a Pop artist in the very best sense of the word, as opposed to just being a piece of manufactured sh!t or some bloody blonde American..) from a truly inspiring artist...

agreed, Scott... the 4 on that list are dumbed-down pap of the very lowest common denominator. YEUCH.

Christina From that list :D

Mandy Moore - Candy, thats horrid :(
