The man who founded and launched the world's most successful boyband - with an article on this very page - is now looking to repeat the feat with a brand new set of would-be pop stars. Nigel is in talks with the BBC about covering the whole event but it hasn't yet been decided whether the programme will take the form of a documentary or a networked TV talent show similar to The X Factor. The big difference is that Nigel is determined that the whole event will take place in Manchester, not London. Nigel is due to hold top level talks with BBC bigwigs in London to seal the deal next week. It would have been rubber-stamped already were it not for last week's storms. Cancelled Nigel tells me: "The original meeting with the BBC was cancelled because, when I got to the airport, my flight was scrapped because of the gales. "It was rearranged for January 30 and, this time, the air stewards are going on strike but I'm not giving up and will go on the train instead!" He says: "I want your readers to apply to become multi millionaire international pop stars like the Take That boys. "I am looking for anyone aged between 16 and 23 who has loads of personality and talent. I also want to see more artists from the ethnic community. January 24, 200718 yr I don't think so......even if he was trying to find a 'new band' he's going about it so the wrong way......you can't compare potentials to actuals........if he was to create another band it would ahve to be about them and not compared to someone like TT....he's an idiot anyway......... January 6, 200916 yr he made alot of money out of it and he wouldnt have what he has without them either,he did take 20% of their earnings which meant he made more than howard jason mark and robbie when rob was in the group,,gary only made more as he did the song writing

January 7, 200916 yr probably but not all of them try the hard dopne by card,nigel is shrewd and very shrewd and i dont think he takes other peoples feelings into account when he goes off on one which seemed quiet common with him,,iin general and in normal walks of life i hate prentitious and arrogant people and i always found nigel that way so it put me off him and robbie likewise
