Posted January 27, 200718 yr | The Notso_Hampson Chart  | The Singles Chart__ Well it was going to happen wasn't it? Gwen Stefani enters at number one this week with the best single she has had since "Cool", (or failing that) even possibly "What You Waiting For?". The title track from "The Sweet Escape" was produced and features Akon (yes, the annoying Mr. Lonely guy) and is currently doing great things in america. Slipping down to second place is Mrs. Ellis-Bextor with the electro pop masterpiece that is "Catch You". I was going to go on and explain my entire top ten but I cannot be bothered to do that. Instead, I am going to tell you about my lovely week. On monday I saw the beautiful Ms. Imogen Heap and on friday I saw the even more beautiful Nerina Pallot. "Headlock", "Sophia" and "Everybody's Gone To War" all re-enter because of this. On the album charts Nerina is back at number one resulting in her tenth non-consecutive week on the albums top spot.
