I was quite suprised but so happy!

Because she is an amazing artist and if anyone who deserved it, it had to be Natasha! :D

yeah i was really happy about it too ^_^

Seems she has opened the way for other British Female Artists too, like KT Tunstall and Corrine Bailey Rae.

They seem to be doing well over there too ^_^

Lets hope her new album, does just as well in America :cheer:
I just saw some post on a one hit wonder site about Natasha and Unwritten. Is it possible the American's consider here a own hit wonder or was that just a minority view?

Well These Words and The Album did quite well, so i wouldnt say she was :P

The U.S. market is very difficult to crack I agree so it did come as a surprise. However, knowing the quality of the UK album she deserved to do well.

Same here, pleasantly surprised! Especially about the album's success and Grammy nomination.

She is considered a one-hit wonder in the States, but I love her whole album...and I am sure those that bought the album would agree that she isn't a one hit wonder.
