Thats exactly what I thought & posted as much to say are people reading the same things as I am because it left me feeling extremley bewildered as to what all the fuss was about. I still am confused to be honest :huh: Devoted - far from being slated was on the whole being complimented on being informative and friendly. Just the odd gripe but you cant seriously expect every single person to be 100% happy with everything - its not natural. The main gripe was with one or two peeps who try and over censure the place, no one was actually mentioned so if anyone reading actually felt it was about them then I presume they must have had a good reason for thinking so B)

 

The posts I then read were far worse in tone than anything I had seen here, some of the name calling was really quite nasty and uncalled for. Maybe it is the written word, maybe some folks are ultra sensitive......I don't know.....I find it all a bit bizarre

 

Completely agree Tillywhim, really bemused by it. I've seen the OS getting slagged off far worse on Devoted than anything that was said on here, appears that's ok then :wacko:

 

Anyway, can't be bothered so moving on - my moan, just got in, kicked off shoes ready to relax and THEN realised I haven't voted yet - bother :angry:

You know it's all a bit sick-making this inability to voice our opinions on other artists without being shot down. After all it would be a very bland world if we all thought alike. If Will is fair game, then the other artists should be as well.

Personally I have to say that I haven't agreed totally with all the points made on here, though some of them I have agreed with wholeheartedly, and I do understand why some comments might have been upsetting to some, but the tone of the reaction scares me to be honest, totally expected but it still scares me! :blink: :(

 

So though I wouldn't want to be involved, just needed to mention that I'm not enjoying seeing Buzzjack members being put through it, for no more than venting their very real frustrations in a place which I think is the most level headed and chilled out Will forum there is.

Why thanks for that Mary, certainly is very strange. :D So much so that I pointed someone over there who I speak to occasionally, over here to have a read . I asked the question....IS it that bad? Are we being totally objectionable. Knowing I would get an honest response I was quite heartened to hear back that this thread was pretty much okay and the re-action was disproportionate. You do begin to doubt yourself after awhile :lol:

Most comments have been fairly innocuous but some seem determined to blow things out of proportion. I'm glad members of Devoted have been directed over here so they can see for themselves that no one was slagging off the site just airing a few opinions which I'm sure others can relate to.
