Bugger, son's home now and I so wanted to talk about Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity, maybe tomorrow then.

Well Suggy I'm quite prepared to discuss the relative rather than the absolute character of motion and mass, and the interdependence of matter, time and space. ;) Did I just write that????????? :o

I've never met you Suggy (well at least I don't think so), but I would love to. You have a fabulous wit. Are you going to Newcastle, and if so where are you sitting/standing?

I'd love to meet all of you for a meet up, I bet we'd have a lot of fun and no, I'm not going to Newcastle chrysalis, :( I'm going to the Manchester, Birmingham and Sheffield arenas, are you going to any other dates besides Newcastle? :)

I'm going to my three dates with Anne and Flip flop, I'm sure you'll soon spot me TT, I'll be the one falling arse over elbow down the stairs at the MEN, or the mad women leaping onstage and mounting Will.

Only going to Newcastle I'm afraid, Suggy. :( Never mind - perhaps another time.

Incientally does anyone know what on earth is going on with the OS. Just haven't been able to get in for the last couple of days, now I'm getting "Page cannot be displayed".

It's fine for me  ..just been over there having a nose at the new forum. :D

How can you be jealous of a couple of losers, without a contract between them?

Seems one is now a sub forum of the other. Good ploy to up the post count though neither of them have a career to discuss.

To be honest, I don't know why I even bother to get involved in any debate with that lot. I care as much about Darius & Gareth as the rest of the British public do (which is zilch, yesterdays men, who no one gives a toss about ;) ) and as for what they think, I care even less :D Note to self: When bored, watch paint dry, it's infinitely more interesting :P

we'll miss them all when bingo season starts..

Genuine question....

if most of Will's fan base buggered off like lightening some time ago..and his album sales were so poor Bob Geldoff wanted to do a charity for it...wouldn't we at least admit that although WE love him and his voice..no one else did?..

Well I suppose it's the Ostrich syndrome. As individuals, they probably face the reality of whats happened, but on sites like these, it's almost like one of those religious sects where if one person says that something is fact, the others follow like sheep and convince themselves it is fact.

It's really quite dangerous and it does give an insight how distorted the truth can become when a handful of people refuse to accept it.

To be honest, none of the players are important enough to matter. If they're happy in the make believe they've invented, then they're more to be pitied than blamed. Just lets be thankful that it's nothing to do with us. ;)

Genuine answer SWF is that I don't really know and I care even less, maybe they're all masochists or something? :hithead: Will released Switch It On as the first single from Keep On, but a lot of Will fans and the GBP weren't keen on it, (I love it) it charted at no5 and didn't sell that well, but he still shifted 118k of Keep On in the first week and after all the "Christmas stuff" had gone, Will's album carried on selling and hit the 3xplatinum in June, that shows to me that he has a very loyal following who like him, his voice and his music, they didn't drift away en masse after a less popular single.

Well it's true about SIO..i adore that track..and it made people who wouldn't have listened to him sit up and take notice...it was different but it wasn't $h!te...and there is the difference.

i don't give a rats most of the time about the loons...but it's been quiet and i have had a read of that forum..don't go there normally...it's a mad place to be. i suppose this week i have been over a few times...it's like picking a scab

i'll have a word and sort myself out..

But it's better to know the facts as they are..how else are you going to know whats going on?..how can you prepare for anyones return if you don't acknowlage the pitfalls he will face?..it's no good saying..he's fantastic..he writes his own songs..he plays this he plays that..when no one apart from you few actaully give a toss.

it's so odd.

but as i say..i'll leave them to it ..trying to get my head around it is a waste of time..at the end of the day what i suppose it comes down to it this...make believe is all they have.
