I don't watch all of his TV appearances anymore either. That way I really appreciate him when I do see him.

 

I watch as many as I can but now I don't have Sky I don't see these odd little programmes like E4 and the music channels.

 

Regarding the two year break, do you think he was exaggerating? I didn't immediately drop into the depths of despair when I read it on D. Am I a bad fan? No, I don't think so.

 

I am certain he will not disappear off to India for the whole two years. I think he will have a longish break - at least two or three months - and then start on his next acting project. Or do this collaboration with whoever it is. Or both.

Been mulling this over since yesterday.

 

Does anyone else think he could mean he won't be releasing any more chart music for 2 years in the UK or am I cllutching at straws? Looks like we won't be getting a 4th single. :( It sounded to me as if the interview was cut so we didn't get the full picture. Don't see the point of his dipping his toe in Europe if he is going to vanish for 2 years.

 

Would love to see spend some time playing small venues with his band, someting I'm sure he would love & what he missed out on due to how he entered the industry. :dance:

 

Don't feel so down today as we've waited 2 years between albums before. I'm sure he will take a few months holiday break but then I can't honestly see him sitting back on his laurels. Knowing the planner he is I'm sure he'll be involved some exciting new projects. :)

Dot- I just think Will is entitled to a long break and a more normal life. He's a workaholic and when we don't see him etc he's still working. It's only like the breaks other artists take. I don't feel sad today about this either as I'm just realistic. He's made a lot of money, got a new partner and it's obvious some of the promotion he has done in the last 6 months has driven him to distraction. Jillx

I don't feel sad, I just worry that 2 years is a long time to be in out of the music scene. He is most definitely due a break, along with some of his fans I think ;), but what was the point of the showcases he has been doing? He did Spain a few days ago didn't he? Does he mean a 2 year break from this country? I can't see him sitting on his perfect ass for 2 years, he's a man with a plan after all :lol: He has something in the pipeline most definitely :P

I'm not worried on that score at all F/G, Will has such a varied mixed fanbase and he certainly doesn't have a massive "kiddy element" in it, he'll be around for years to come, he's far too talented and charismatic for people to forget about him, as far as I'm concerned he's not a popchart singer anymore, he's an established and very successful artist and I've got a very strong feeling, that we've got some bloody amazing stuff to look forward to from him in the near future. ;) :dance:

Complaining only Will is supported by 19 is a joke too. Don't they realise that's because he's the only one on the books making them any money. They should be eternally grateful that Fuller has kept him now Mercury have washed their hands of him.

Thanks TT, fingers crossed but I think my son has sorted it for me. I'm thrilled about the extra dates and I'd love to go to the Dublin date. :dance:

I went to Dublin for a 4 day break. It's a fantastic city to visit and the people are so friendly. Lots of places to go for a drink.
