Well I'm here at the moment TT, but not for long as I want to watch the Light Entertainment programme on BBC2 starting at 9.30pm. :D Mind you if it's no good I'll be back.

I'm here now. Just been watching Tea with Mussolini on Film4+1. Excellent film - Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Cher etc etc.

Then the results of Maria.

I'm doing mighty fine TT and I'm feeling a lot happier than I was yesterday, :yahoo: but son no2 is shuffling around the PC and that can only mean one thing. As soon as Will's tour is finished I'm going to get another PC, we did have two before son no1 got his own place and took it with him, I think I've got about another hour though as he's gone on his Playstation now.

It's such a nuisance when other family members feel the need to eat into our pc time. We've just been getting a laptop but need to get hubby round to sorting out a wireless connection.

I've got some family visiters this afternoon, they seem to know that it's ok to call round when Will's not promoting, I've told them september will be a busy time for me.

 Oh Suggy you do make me laugh.

I'm only going to one (Newcastle), but my fella said he would take me down, have a few jars at haunts he knows from the past, then I can drive back! That's second-hand dedication for you!!

Incidentally did anyone see my village on National News last Tuesday evening - it was about the recycling thingy. We had the dubious pleasure of entertaining the Environment Secretary!

Sorry I didn't see yor village featured in the news chrysalis.

On the National News it didn't actually mention the village's name - just Alnwick district, but it did on Look North and ITV's equivalent.

I didn't see your area mentioned either chrysalis, my town Burnley was on National News and Look North a lot a few years back, for street riots.

Oh heavens a few street riots in this village may liven things up a bit!! It's a bit of excitement if someone f**ts in the street! The village was referred to as "the very pretty village of R.........."

It's four weeks until the first gig.. can't come soon enough for me.

Good grief is that all SWF. I've got a holiday (yes I know - another one) and the making of scarecrows before then - better get a move on.............

I just mentioned about it being four weeks in the Tour thread on D about our Brum tickets. I think they are taking the p***. Sorry but I'm getting annoyed now :arrr: How can they not have been printed yet!!!!!
I am worried about my Brum ticket too. I have front row there so it is vital I get my ticket before I leave home to stay with my friend in Banbury! This happened at Oxford too and they had to send the ticket to her.

I hope everyone gets their tickets for Birmingham ok, I'm sure we've got ours though, I'm sure they were the ones that Flipflop let me see and hold for a nano second.

Like it or not, life just ain't like that. Just as well I'm going away tomorrow - perhaps I'll calm down somewhat during the week and come back in a better frame of mind.

Anyhow, I hope you get your tix for Brum Dot and Munchkin. :D
