What is so fascinating about a ruddy xmas tree and a box of decorations laying on the floor? I swear if that stupid cat goes near it again I'm going to stick it on the top as a fairy, :arrr: it must think it's a giant rat or something, I can see me putting it away and just leaving my fibre optic one up. :(

I'm never gonna get this done :(

I need to get all my MP3's/ video clips/pictures off my puter onto disc cos I want to buy a new PC. Trouble is, I can't seem to be able to just drag and drop them into my burner, cos I keep on listening/watching/looking at the flipping things  It's going to take me forever

Just listening to the AOL sessions *swoooooon*

Damned people - just had a letter from a building firm saying that I hadn't paid a bill, and threatening all sorts of action. :arrr: Rang them to say that according to my Bank Statement it had been paid 3 months ago - they fluffed around - then said "oh yes so it had"!!!!!! Didn't even apologise.

Hope you get all your bits transferred F/G. :D

You should get a written apology chrysalis. They were quick enough to send out the bill. :arrr:

I've had that happen to me before, they just fob you off by saying "the computer sends them out automatically". :arrr:

 When our dog was a puppy he jumped on the Christmas tree and pulled the whole lot down - then yelped and cried when he was told off. I was worried he was going to c**k his leg and have a pee but, thankfully, he never did.

Don't have any pets in our house. The kids are enough of a problem.

They probably don't even know how to spell the word "apology" TT.

Were you bugging my phone Suggy? :o - that's exactly one of their excuses.

Whenever I'm given that excuse my answer is "a computer's only as good as the information they put into it" Always gets them flummoxed as they have no answer!

When I wasn't looking one of my cats always used to "pat" the baubles on the lower branches - the times they were smashed. Then I put them higher and out of reach, so Zebbie used to jump up at them instead. Like your dog, Munchkin, she knew she'd done wrong and used to stand there and stare at me and then run and hide. Within minutes she would come round my legs wanting a cuddle.

He died a long time ago but he was a hefty puppy. An English Springer - purebred with a a pedigree as long as long as your arm - Show Champion and Working Gundog heritage. He was so intelligent and really did understand what you said to him. He used to sit there with his head on one side watching you intently. When he wanted something he used to pull back his top lip and smile  He love his winegums and to stop him swallowing them in one gulp we used to hold them out to him and say "Chew it properly" and he did. People were amazed that a dog would chew something as small as a sweetie. :D

Lovely dog and loyal companion. The downside was when out for his walk he'd head for the nearest muddy puddle or ditch and his long silky feathering sucked it up like a sponge.

He looked just like this dog: Liver and white.

Aw - you know animals do understand. I've a friend who had a English Springer Spaniel - and she was a gorgeous dog.

My Zebbie also died a long time ago - she was just a black moggy though, rescued from a pet shop full of fleas and aged 4 weeks. She was supposed to be 8 weeks and a male!! She was so tiny I could hold her in the palm of my hand. She used to sleep in the bed on her own pillow (I know it's a dreadul thing to allow), never went into a cage and when I used to take her to the vets she'd just sit on the back seat of the car and not move - and if I was just popping round to the corner shop I used to pick her up and just take her with me. Happy memories. :D
