My gripe for the day is telephoning my Bank with a query, only to get India. Asked if I could be put through to someone in the UK and spoke to a very helpful Yorkshire lass. :D

I haven't anything against India or its inhabitants, but it really does annoy me. I remember the last time I needed to speak to the Bank was when I was laid-up with my foot, and the woman in India told me to walk to the Bank and find out the information for myself!! :angry: I told her if I could walk I wouldn't have been ringing.
