The excitement getting news of this event was 3 weeks ago . I suppose I'm hoping for something even better, don't know what exactly but just something that we haven't already had a heads up for :D

I'm hoping that too Marguerite though I'm almost certain it'll be the Proms news.

 

 

In the past the OS never seemed to keep the site up-to-date and always seemed to wait until something was confirmed at least half a dozen times before letting us know, and indeed on some occasions never let us know at all. :rolleyes: The new admin seemed to be the complete opposite - keeping us well-informed and on one occasion putting up info within minutes of it happening, so I don't really understand why the dragging of the feet now. Whatever it is, it must obviously have been confirmed or Admin wouldn't say "we've great news", so why not just tell us - why the suspense? As Marguerite says, it'll all probably be a bit anti-climatical, unless the news is really earth-shattering like Will's decided to go and live in Outer Mongolia as a goatherdsman!! :o But then that wouldn't be "great" news - that would be "devastating".

I agree its actually quite fun [in a sick torture sort of way :P ] waiting to hear the news....i hated it when we heard nothing for months on end.

We're like a hungry pack waiting for scraps aren't we? :lol:
