Have a fab time all you lucky peeps who are going. I've had to talk myself out of it, as it's too far for me to be able to travel back on the same day, and I can't afford an overnight stay in London, on top of ticket & train costs *sighs*

But as long as I can watch him on the telly, I'm happy!

:lol: I never rule anything out where Will is concerned - you just never know what he's going to come up with next. Just hope true frans get the chance - would hate him to be in the company of people who only entered for the crack. Hopefully they'll vet anyone who wins.

I still find it so strange that this comp doesn't appear to be attached to anything. It's come completely out of nowhere, with no album or tour to promote, unless of course, it's with the Proms in mind but even then it's strange. :D

Will Reads Roald Dahl Audiobook

Exciting news - Will has read Roald Dahl’s classic story Danny Champion of the World for Penguin’s new audiobook.

 

The recording will be out to buy on 25th October – here’s what Will said about it:

 

"This is very different from anything I have done before, but Danny is such a great book and I had a lot of fun reading it and interpreting the different characters in my way. I just hope it is as much fun to listen to!"

 

 

And here’s what Jeremy Ettinghausen, Penguin’s Digital Publisher, said:

 

"When we started talking to Will Young about this project we were sure we were going to get a great reading. But when we actually heard him read in the studio and saw his enthusiasm for this book we knew that we were actually going to get something really special".

 

We’ve got ten signed copies of the audiobook to give away – though fyi, we won’t be able to post these until early October.
