From next week - yes. They've got new software or something that makes it possible to do. It's in one of the posts in the thread about this week's league.

I know we do one with Darius' lyrics....but can we do an everyday word association or were they stopped?

I am not sure about word association, you could nip into some ohter forums and glean some of their ideas - that way its a case of if they do it we can!

 

and I often just read, so I will have to come up with comments now too!

It's obvious the forums with more members posting will always come at the top. We have plenty of members. They just don't post.

Anyway I should have thought it would have been couteous to tell all mods of OFs exactly when it comes into force.

 

My personal interpretation is that next week's positions in the OFs will be down to number of posts and not views.

 

just noticed we've passed 11,000 posts today. We seemed to be stuck between 10 and 11 thousand for so long.

It seems ages ago when we hit 9000 at that stage we were neck and neck with WY forum....certainly not now

We dont do so bad for just a few of us.

I'm afraid I'm one of the guilty ones who doesn't bother to log in and post very often - but I'm always here browsing for any news!! :D We do get lots of 'guests' but I feel that many of them are like me (i.e. members who don't bother to post unless they have anything to tell about D) but who are anxious for any snippets of news from members who have heard anything!! :)

I agree with you BT that all our 'guests' could maybe just log in to say 'hi' and let the regulars know that they are not alone!! :)

I feel that judging the Optional Forums on 'views' rather than 'posts' was a lot fairer as views signifies how much interest there is that particular artist! BUT..... having said that, I will try to make more of an effort to post more often and I hope many of our interested guests will do the same!!
