Even so, we've still got quite a few places to go to be last.

The last news, other than the announcement about G&D, was that "spotted" in London round about Mothers' Day. I dismissed that as mistaken identity because it wasn't an area of London D's usually been seen in but I guess it might have been something to do with G&D. Where is Pimlico anyway?

Oh well, if I'd been to a Darius gig there, I'd have an idea. Since I haven't, London is the best I can do. Useless aren't I?

Thanks, Preston.

I wonder when Darius will start rehearsals for Sky and if they'll be in London. I hope he gets more than 15 days this time and that the choreographer has plenty of patience.

I hope he learns it well because there is going to be comparisons with the more experienced.

If I hadn't been there on Darius's opening night for Chicago, I might have worried too but he was word perfect then and I see no reason why this role should be any more difficult.

I'd like Darius to play the role as a classy, charismatic gambler, like Brando in the film, but judging from those who have already played Sky in the current production I think he's portrayed as more spiv-like, more of a cheeky chappie.

He may do.

He certainly watched the 2002 movie of Chicago and he was also seen watching the stage show in London. However, he didn't base his Billy Flynn on either, but partially on a slick, money grabbing lawyer in a Billy Bob Thornton movie. I can't remember the name. It's the one in black and white where Billy Bob is a barber. I think it's a Coen movie and the title starts with The Man Who..........

Glad it's not just me.....
