Not a massive fan of Joss Stone but some of her singles were pretty good like Super Duper Love, You Had Me etc!

 

I am loving the album cover though :o

She's looking really good at the moment with the red hair too

She was great, I think the accent may have been down to nerves or something.

I *think* she lives in the US now, so that's why her voice has a slight American twang to it, but she still is originally British so it still sounds a bit British yet it sounds American. :wacko: Anyway it's not a good sounding voice at all, as it just sounds so fake.

Sha has only lived in america for like 2 years :lol: it takes more like 20 years for your voice to change -_- unless she has been taking how to speak like an american lessons :lol:

I didn't catch her on the Brit's tonight, but that's NOT how she used to talk.

It doesn't sound good in my view.

Well on that vid you just posted.. she never use to speak like that and tonight at the brits she sounded one billion times more american, very fake indeed.

I've always found her music bland/dire/uninteresting but her personality/image-transplant is ever-so-slightly painful to view [i.e. The Brits on Wednes..], she just comes across both personally and musically as sheer awfulness :(

I picked up on her putting on that fake ghetto accent aswell, it made me cringe so much.

 

She certainly did not used to speak like that at all, absolute faker through and through...

She has lived in the US since she was 15 not sure how old she is now though 19/20. I love her music always have done and this new album is looking great, Tell Me Bout It has grown on me ALOT.

This Album is amazing :cheer:

 

Tell Me What We're Gonna Do and 'Music' are my favourites :wub:

 

She is slightly annoying with the American Accent thing, but this wont be anywhere near successful in the US.

 

Its not thier Type of music at all.
