I didn't watch, although I did video it just in case I had to fast forward. ;) But as soon as I heard the result of BS I stopped the video and wiped the tape. From what I read on D about the so called host, I'm glad I did, as I would probably have been one of those that complained. Personally I do not find downright filth funny.

 

 

That's what I did too Chrysalis :P - what a pile of poo it was - very very poor presentation. Russell Brand was his usual disgusting self - trying desperately to be funny and failing misersbly. How rude is he. :arrr:

 

I quite like SS but I thought their vocal performance was very bad. I fast forwarded some of it and didn't watch it after the Single award - which was a bit of a no-brainer really - well done TT though.

 

Joss Stone - what's with the American accent and Amy - what the hell did she look like. Had a pile of black straw stuck on the top of her head which kept threatening to fall off :lol:

Someone has just started a thread asking why so many Brits performances are dull & uninspiring. It was suggested the artists should put on a performance instead of just standing still singing. I'm sure Will's Arena Tour SIO was just what they needed. :dance:

Maybe it's because the artists are dull and uninspiring. A lot of songs are great when heard over the radio or on a cd but when it comes to a live performance - B) Which is why a lot of them mime :P

So glad I didn't watch this programme, and used my time more productively. :lol: From what I've been reading, it sounds as if it was, overall, a right load of ego-massaging c**p, and should have been re-named "The Universal Brits". :rolleyes:

The performances were dull and the only way they could liven it up was to have a foul mouthed idiot to present it...that says a lot for the musical content ! ;)
