This track was co-written by Goodrem , boyfriend Brian McFadden and Guy Chambers. The track pays homage to the athletes and those who worked tirelessly to stage the games. The track had such an overwhelming response after Goodrem's performance at the 2006 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony that it was released as a commercial single.
