I tried at about 9.15, they sold out in 5 minutes apparently. :arrr:

:o Damn!! that's not cool...:( well, the fact that it was sold out in 5 minutes is of course, but not that you don't have a ticket Aly.

i think, don't quote me just yet... about 2000. so, not many. especially if you imagine EVERYONE buying 2 at a time! they wouldn't last very long!

Aham, ok. But still great, 5 minutes! ^_^ I think they should sale more tickets... I mean, there are probably a lot of fans who didn't have chance to buy it, but they really wanted to.

But wow, thank you, I'd really appreciate that. :wub: I'd give anything to see them again after seeing them at Wembley.

 

As it's a small venue, I wonder if there's a chance of meeting them if I go. :lol:

Aly, it would depend on how long you wait at the venue. if you queue up all day to get in first, you will probably see them arrive at the venue... unless they arrive when you've gone in search of food or a toilet!!

 

Worth doing tho. the atmosphere is great. Bring chalk and a pack of cards, and you'e set for the day!!

SECOND NIGHT AT THE CORONET!

 

With the London Coronet show selling out within 5 minutes last Friday, the band were concerned that there were so many disappointed fans. So, in an effort to give more people the chance to see them play in this more intimate setting, they’ve re-arranged some of their rehearsals to accommodate a second show!! This will now take place on Tuesday 6th March at The Coronet, Elephant & Castle, London.

 

Additionally, there are some rather unscrupulous people out there, clearly not Placebo fans, who were putting tickets from the original show straight onto eBay for an extortionate amount of money. The band hope that the second show will at least curb these prices and demand.

 

These two shows will be the last Placebo shows in the UK this year.
