half way in between. It stands for extended play and can be anything from three to about six or seven tracks. The key is that it retails for the price of a single which is generally only a two track release.

Value for money (normally).

you know its about £8 :o its dealer price must make it an album as its more than babyshambles.

not much vfm esp when you can go to an 'evil place' and buy a 4 month old mainstream cd for £3.97 with your tesco clubcard (non-kosher stuff about £0.97p  )

extended play??? looks more like marketing bollocks to me, you know like in ye 'good old days' where 'download only release', 'free sticker' and 'double vinyl' just = we dont want this to chart as we know it wont get to #16 and its gives it an anti-establishment usp

Good old days? They only introduced those ludicrous 3 songs only to a CD rules in 1998. The EP concept has been going since the 50s / 60s and was nothing to do with ineligibility. Once again, the £8 price tag of that EP suggests it is an import and nothing to do with dealer price.

it not an american release as it doesnt have all the security stickers you find on those releases. however if its a European release wont it just be a Europe wide (not just Benelux, Scandinavia or the GAS) as its on a pan-European record conglomerate.

The Automatic played in Brixton Academy a couple of weeks ago, not being a great fan of theirs (i was there for the horrors) I didnt think i'd enjoy their set but i gotta say I thought it was pretty good for a band with an album made up of 12 of the same song!

I think anything they bring out from outside the album, they will probably try to make very different. Might work, might not. I'm sure they know that they are going to have to add some variety sooner or later (if they dont then someone should tell them!)

yeh there songs do sound the same

The main thing I noticed when i saw them live was how much pennie moved compared to the rest of the band.

Pennie was all over the place while the rest of them didnt do that much, to me how a band plays live is the most important thing. pennie holds that band live performance together, whether you love him or hate him!
