ony these 5 albums got awards, this makes it at least 8 millions

 

Adding Unbreakable's sales which sold in the UK alone 1.1 millions (it's still in the chart)

+ Allow us to be frank which sold 660,000 in the UK alone i think it could have gone close to 0.8m in the whole europe

+ The Love Album sold a bit over 1 million in Europe.

 

Counting around 1.5 millions for unbreakable 0.8 for autbf and 1.1 for the la = 3.4 millions

 

Total: 11.4 millions. i could add a few hundreds thousands on every album cause it sold more than the award certificated it could go higher.

 

Face To Face sold 1.3 in the uk alone so i could say 1.4/1.5 in whole europe. This would make it 14 millions at least. Another 5-6 millions in Asia is 20. Add another few sold in Austrralia in North America and in Africa.....

No, i am pretty sure that in the UK to get platinum status it is 250,000 copies not the million that are needed in America, anyone else correct me if i am wrong.

If an album shipped 1.5m in Europe than it will still be on only 1x platinum. It has to be on at least 2m to be certified 2x platinum.

They have sold between 4-5m in Asia, not between 5-6.

 

So id' say 17m between Europe and Asia. 300k in Austrilia, probebly less than 100k in NZ. Overall less than half a million definatly in these two countries. They have sold barly anything in North America and the same goes for South America. So I very much doubt they have sold over 20m albums. 40 million is completelly ridiculous but that is what Louis Walsh says so it must be true. :rolleyes:
