That's because that database is made of SQL files and thy will not fomat on the forum. They would end up like this --

INSERT INTO `germany` VALUES ('1', '1', '5', 'Maschen Draht Zaun', 'Stefan Raab', '2000-01-01', 2001);

So rather than having to type them in twice it 's easier to post the link.
