Posted February 24, 200718 yr The Sweet Escape Tour 2007 [Official Dates & Rumours] http://assets.interscope.com/banners/gwenstefani/300x250.jpg The Sweet Escape tour will start this April in the United States and shall finish before the end of the year (possibly in the United Kingdom). Joining Gwen on tour is the platinum-selling singer Akon, who also sings on and produced the new single “The Sweet Escape.” Rounding out the bill is British MC Lady Sovereign. "I'm excited to have this opportunity to tour with Akon and Lady Sovereign, two original artists that I have so much respect for" Gwen said. "I can’t wait to get out there. This show is going to be spectacular!" The first, North American leg starts in Las Vegas and the rest of the tour will take place mostly in outdoor/indoor amphitheatres. Additional legs to cover Central America, South America, Australia, Asia and Europe are expected. The tour follows Gwen's North American-only Harajuku Lovers Tour 2005. No set list has been confirmed as of yet.
