I don't think any would want to work with her because of her previous image.. i think it would be good if she had a few anger filled songs on the album but also some origina britney type song because it could lose her her fanbase if she didn't  .. i think that the album will already almost be done.. she has been working on it for like 2years... soo i shall say september 07

Haha Scott. I actually think that she would be all for it, but her record label wouldn't....

I actually think it would be quite interesting!

Then she should just say 'fukk off' to her record label, her management, and all the other sychophantic, parasitic arseholes who are just poisoning her psyche and take control of her own destiny.... I've said it before and I'll say it again - Bands, singers, etc DO NOT need record labels or A&R marketing types in this age of the Internet, You Tube, Myspace, etc.... Just get it out there...... 'Do What Thou Wilt'..... Prince did it, Mick Hucknall did it, George Michael is doing it too..... Fukk the Record Industry......

True, I think that she is the kind of person that needs the structure though, personally.

No, but she does need someone to do a promotion schedule and things of that nature.

The thing with the Internet though is..... That you just put the music on a 'direct sales' thing to the public, no real 'promotion schedules' are required.... Everything is done via the website, the myspace, whatever.... No actual 'physical' release is really necessary now.... Not since Gnarls Barkley got to No 1 through internet sales and not since the rules changed..... The nature of the game has changed.... The artist can take control...

It'd be great to see the charts filled with more varied types of music... that has not been the case so far, though -_-

Unfortunately we're all still hostages to the 'Industry'.... But I reckon in the next Decade or so, when more and more of the 'household' names start to come to the contract re-negotiations, they'll be hopefully more inclined to go "Naaaah, I actually want a bit more than one poxy quid out of every 12...."

I think the record labels will still fight for it not to change...

Oh, they will alright, but the technology is just running away from them too fast and they dont really have a prayer of keeping up... Record Companies cant even stop bands from putting up videos on "You Tube" if they want.. Albums 'leak' onto the internet left, right and centre also...

Well I still hope music is physically released. I like to buy albums from artists I like.

I agree, I think either this year or the first half of next year!
I hope she releases around November, that seems to be a great period of the year for new releases, not to mention a big comeback!

I think she will debut her new single at the VMA awards in August....
