... anyone here familiar with them?

 

I think they're Finnish, and their sound, as the amazon reviews say, is very Air, Cardigans, Goldfrapp... not only is the album a perfect one for the car and those chilled Sundays, the artwork is positively delicious, some of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

 

Definitely worth checking out - it's my new fave album, loving it loads...

yeah been meaning to get round to paying more attention to them and listen to more of the stuff. signed up to the catskills mailing list to keep me informed. yeah think you're right on the finnish thing.

the remixes of their singles are great, too. And again, the artwork really is second to none. Stunning stuff.

Had this album for a while, their latest single "Nightless Night" was gorgeous.

 

As you say the artwork is some of the best around and the remixes are excellently chilled :D

 

They deserve a higher profile here...

They're really good, but they're not really a band as everything's written by Finnish (yes, indeed) bloke Marko Nyberg.

 

Been listening to the album quite a lot and agree they should be talked about more on here.
