February 27, 200718 yr missed one mate!!! ALL the songs are on Scott 1, 2 and 3. (except on the vinyl where, for some unknown reason they put the Walker song Little Things on the thing) and it's only about 9 tracks so represents poor value. I'll give it a 5 Comps Looking Back With Scott Walker (1950's and early 60's demos) 3 Looking Back With Scott Walker (German CD of the above with bonus tracks, Orbit singles and Liberty 45s)5 The Fresh World of Scott Walker (Japanese version of the above with slightly different tracks) 4 When Is A Boy A Man (Jap CD with ALL the early demos, the orbit singles and the Liberty singles) 6 I Only Came To Dance With You (Capitol/Tower comp only 3 vocal tracks but the title song rocks) 4 Fire Escape In The Sky (Comp of Scott songwriting from first 5 albums) 10 Boy Child (expanded version of the above) 10 Boy Child (remastered version of above with better sound but weaker track listing) 9 Classics and Collectables 5 5 Easy Pieces (5 CD box) (version 1) 8, (version 2) 9 Everything Under The Sun ("complete" Walker Brothers) 7 ( points taken off for leaving out US only album track(Don't Fight It) and album version of No Regrets) Edited February 28, 200718 yr by findingout
May 22, 200718 yr Author Scott Walker on Imagine BBC 1 tonight, usual suspects rounded up to give praise
May 24, 200718 yr I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Good to see cameos from David Bowie, Brian Eno, Jarvis Cocker, Marc Almond, Alison Goldfrapp. The best quote of the night came from Brian Eno "(White Rock) Music in the 21st Century hasn't progressed. It basically all Roxy Music, Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, Joy Division & The Smiths reheated".
May 25, 200718 yr Author I thoroughly enjoyed the show. yeah i did too!!! would like to get a copy of Nite Flights, thats sounds like a cool album. z0xpRdL5McA Good to see cameos from David Bowie, Brian Eno, Jarvis Cocker, Marc Almond, Alison Goldfrapp. and Gavin Friday, or was it Bono  ?!?!?!? i actually thought it was Bono at first when i glanced at the tv screen but it wasnt. was wondering if Gavin Friday and Bono are actually related as they seem to look like a tribute act of each other  (!!!) but it turns out that The Edge's brother Dik was Gavin Friday's guitarist instead???!?!?! bizarre!!!!
