I think that's a bit harsh to be honest Paul.

I don't think the (non-exsistent) promo for the single or the album is anywhere near what it needs to be, but I'm sure they must be doing something?

I mean Lucie was a big success with Breathe In.

Why abandon her on the second album?

It's all absurd, especially as they promoted her brillantly with the singles from Breathe In (bar FMN)

Thats why it seems like they arent bothering.........as they have promoted her well before but now nothing :(

About half an hour ago, I got a call from Lucie (my friend was at the studio's and called me to speak to her) from The Charlotte Church Show in which Lu told me she's doing great (but that was pretty much all, she was being rushed) but that to me sounds like promo.

Whether that was for the album, or a single whenever that may be, it IS promo, so something IS happening. Have faith guys ;)

It doesn't really take a lot to think it's possibly not coming out on Monday...?

I think it's slightly unfair to say Mercury have done nothing, like Andrew said they've organised The Charlotte Church Show and probably other appearances (I'm thinking The Album Chart Show and a couple of other similar things) and we've also been told of gigs to promote the album in the UK. It's not that Mercury have abandoned Lucie in the slightest I think it's more to do with the fact that the market isn't what it used to be in all fairness. Just because that's the way the chart seems to be going.

But yeah album is obviously looking and sounding good so I suggest everyone gets a copy! :D

Well i guess Mecury are doing something but i think they ccould be doing a whole lot more -_-

Yeah, I agree with Nat, I really don't think it's out on Monday in all honesty ...

But yes, Charlotte Church was just recorded, a few live gigs rumoured, The Album Chart Show, the live Napster/AOL sessions, possibly Popworld & GMTV ... it could all still come together...

Buy the album people, it's a better way to spend your money than a few random singles!!

Although buy the singles also if and when they come out :P

I also heard something about filming for that Abbey Road show aswell, although don't quote me on that one. I think people are getting quite anxious when a lot is going on behind the scenes so it's all ready when the time comes to put the albums and whatever else out there...

I can also guaratee buying the album wouldn't be something you'd regret. It's beautiful.

im going to buy it
How come so many people on here know Lucie in person? :o

Well...

Basically most people who spam a teensy bit about Lucie on here have been a fan of her practically 3 years now. I personally have been to about 25 Lucie gigs, probably more, I've lost count (most other people on here mainly interested in Lucie have done the same amount if not more) and it's hard not to know someone in person when you see them that much, because she's away a lot and in other countries it's sort of like the only familar faces. But it seems like a few people on here have that relationship because we're all close friends and all joined up to talk about Lucie first and foremost aswell as other chat!
