Going to the shops. My father-in-law has just had his 2nd cup of tea. It's another lovely spring day here.

I'm doing my Spring Clean clearance. Obviously I'm meant to..... just as I started the wardrobe cull, I got a charity bag for clothing and then when I thought about sifting through the bulging household linen cupboard in came another bag requesting same. Synchronicity is a wonderful thing.

Just put tea in the oven so I'm ok for a while.

...but I burnt my potatoes again the other day............it's a wonder my pan survives

Do they have special burnt potato pans? It may be something you can look into. I should be trying to talk to my father-in-law. I'd better go and start now.

i should be sight seeing in Alabama.

With Elvs and Pretty little wooden headboards

I should be making daisychains on the French boarder with a lamb called Chewbackthecorn

I really hate to tell you this - Elvis actually died. Don't get upset though, these things do happen.

It says Elvs, though.

It's plain crazy roaming around Alabama in expendable launch vehicles and with headboards whether pretty or not.

I'd recommend one of those big ole' Chrysler pick ups- they're dirt cheap to hire- with mattresses in the back.

Me, I wouldn't bother. I've been to Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. I wasn't that impressed but Savannah was OK for a couple of days.

Of course as we know, it isn't elvs - it's a more old fashioned vehicle.....a wind-up!

Thanks for dropping by as you played around the OFs, Ryan.

Actually think I'd better eat first

let me see..

I should be digging ready for putting in the veg

having the biggest bonfire you will ever see !! best leave that till after 6 though. after I have checked any hedgehogs have left.

hoovering..

another load of washing..

so much to do, so little desire to get on with any of them, it is too cold!!!

Ooops should have said....'how nice of people to come and see little ol' us'

I especially liked the homage to the classic and classy French black and white films of the 50s.

It's a bit risque but very menage a trois - making daisy chains on the French boarder with a cute little lamb. Only the great French directors could make that scene look tasteful but imbue it with passion, which of course could never be requited.

haha, nothing actually for the very long time :) Tomorrow I'll be studying, doing my chemistry project, my french project and my spanish lessons, all the homework and end up reading "The perfume", but today I'm free to watch a movie :)

It's not Spring yet, officially anyway, nature seems to thinks so though ... so I might have a do at this ...

Sounds loverrly :)

I had to do lots of things I didnt want to as I couldn't get on the internet for 12 hours

We had no cable TV or phone I hope this isn't a sign of things to come with Virgin.

It was just too lovely to stay in. So, instead of being on here, or doing what I should, I've been in and out of the sunshine all day.
My grandson had his seventh birthday party today, it was a lovely day so they could play in the garden. He had a pirate theme but the noise with about 13 kids running around brandishing cutlasses etc (toy ones!) glad its over.
