Taking my father-in-law for a walk. The end of the road and back will take about 30mins.

Not to worry Meg, the Marathon is a good long training time away as yet.

Please don't take me seriously!

I have just pulled out and turned over the compost in all three bins..and discovered a whole community of huge slowworms!

Are you feeling OK, Pam? Second thoughts, don't answer, I can see further mental scaring coming up - just of to buy more chocolate.

What should I be doing?

Stopping by more often to say :hi:

You are welcome. I should now be eating. I've fed everyone else and mine is ready. And .... it's not chocolate related.
Tidying the kitchen, ironing, making packed lunches and then getting an early night.....but I wanted to make a new banner for my signature before I started!!!
