It's good to know they still learn tap dancing because it seems to have completely gone out of fashion.

It's worth the investment, I think, but only if the child has shown some commitment.

Things like dance classes, music lessons and sports are expensive if the children flit endlessly from one thing to another, but if they find the staying power, those kind of activities really help shy kids to be more confident.

I think she's committed. She loves the stage shows of all kinds but the musicals best of all.

She'll be in her element tonight and looking for you. You'll need to be as visible as you usually are when darius is on the stage.

Will you be allowed to take photos or video of the show?

It's stopped thundering. I'm now going to take the dog for a short walk. I'll be back in time to leave for the show at 4:30
It's my time alone. Even if people want me, they can't get me. Except I meet so many people while we're walking each day but, tht's nice in itself.

I wasn't drinking - just reminding Pam it was three bottles.

No, 2 between three....but I have to admit to drinking 1 glass more than my husband and his mum only had 2 glasses.

My daughter shared 2 bottles between herself and Sally's husband, Gerry drinking the larger part.

Nigel, Linda and Stuart shared 2 between them.

But yes I was a little fragile this morning...but I blame that on lack of sleep...1:30 going to bed 4:30 letting the dogs out, 5am my sons coming home....and insisting on saying goodnight and giving me a kiss...then my husband getting up just gone 8am, then I had to be ready to be picked up by 9am.....see lack of sleep :D

How did the show go?

I used to love touring at the festivals with Stephanie.

They only ever put on 1 show....but it was well worth the wait, fantastic.

The teachers concentrated on the festivals.

The show went well - except for the Guys and Dolls tribute. I could barely sit through it. To say it was dreadful was an understatement
Oh dear, they needed Darius there. Did your granddaughter do well?

She did very well. She certainly has talent. Thank goodness they didn't put her in the G&D bit

Nina,

you should be working out the differences in spot the differences.

At least they didn't do the full-blown junior version of G & D. I'm not sure it's been done over here but it has in America - Bugsy Malone meets Big Jule. I'd like to see it just once.
I should be I know Meg but I've a headache, am chatting to a friend on MSN and thinking I really should be going to bed.
