Meg's just dashed to the shops inbetween the rain.

I'm going to put the washing in and whisk the dogs out...see you later :)

no doubt this will be the wettest July since records began, my dad found an excerpt from an ancient book in a library historical book, where someone had written about the weather way back in the summer of 1534 or around there..saying that it hadnt stopped raining and new springs and rivers were appearing and that they had never known it so wet- so nothing new then.

We've now got beautiful hot sunshine and clear blue skies. I bet it doesn't last but, wasn't I lucky? I may now take the dog out.

Go for it.

I think I definitely went out in the best of the day. It's getting very overcast now. No rain as yet though.

It's stillbeautiful here. I know it wont last but, it's been a lovely afternoon. I'm just going otside to finish my book - when I've cought up a bit here.
:o that's early...what you having

actually it reminds me of my mum, she always prepared tea at breakfast time.

I have to get it ready before I go to work so that my hubby can put it in the oven at 4.20pm so it's cooked. We are having roast chicken, potatoes and veg.

sunny here now but it chucked it down earlier.

Doesn't food sound lovely when you're hungry....

...and isn't it terrible shopping when you're hungry...I buy loads of extras and regret it later

A big mistake shopping when you're hungry. Mind you it's worse when I'm shopping and my blood sugar level drops low - I have to eat something in my shopping trolley before I've paid for it.
Should have done some filing (*yawns*) but that can wait till Monday. I've been "hanging out" on buzzjack most of the afternoon, mainly flitting between WY forum and here.
I've been looking at D's other sites, also trying to read (completely Pam's fault) and now I'm going to do the drinks (non alcaholic)
