He has been writing the music to his songs for a long long time as well as his amazing lyrics like always. Rudebox is a bloody brilliant album, just a shame so many the the public are so unbelievably fickle and just want him to play it safe and release nothing but MOR ballads like most other artists. This track is brilliantly written and such a grower and miles better than the majority of the 'safe' middle of the road $h!t in the top 10 if you ask me. ^_^
