MTV will host their third annual Video Music Awards on Sunday, April 29, and unsurprisingly Justin Timberlake is leading the list of the hottest clips to hit Australia with a massive six nominations! His smokin' new video, also starring siren Scarlett Johansson 'What Goes Around', is up for three massive categories including Video Of The Year, Best Male Artist and Best Pop Video, while 'SexyBack' is up for Sexiest Video (how appropriate) and Best Hook-Up with co-star Timbaland. The lovely Ms Pink - who'll be touring in Oz at the time - is following close behind with five noms, with her Lady Delish-themed video 'U + Ur Hand' raking in nods for Video Of The Year, Best Pop Video, Best Female Artist plus 'Who Knew' has taken noms from all the click-happy Pink fans for Download Of The Year. Beyonce and Christina Aguilera are battling it out for Best Female Artist and Video Of The Year with their videos 'Irreplaceable' and 'Ain't No Other Man' for which Christina is also nommed for Best Pop Video. The Good Charlotte crew is also in with a chance with their 'Keep Your Hands Off My Girl' up for Best Rock Video and Best Group, while cute-as Treddy Geiger's up for Spankin' New Artist with 'For You I Will (Confidence)'. Doing it for Australia, Damien Leith is up for two awards in his first VMA ceremony including Spankin New Artist and Best Male Artist for his debut video 'Night Of My Life' (nice one Damien!). Shannon Noll shares the Best Male Artist nom for his video 'Lonely' while the Rogies are up for 'Best Dance Act' for their latest single 'In Love Again'. And with a bit of love coming his way, Guy Sebastian's scored a nom for Best Pop Video for his vid 'Elevator Love' starring the lovely Jennifer Hawkins.
